Had a fabulous stay! The food was top-notch, especially the four-course dinners every night. Plus, the ski room had easy access to the slopes. Just a heads-up, the nightclub noise can get pretty loud at night, so aim for a higher floor if you can!

A mix of relaxation and noise
The staff were exceptionally helpful, organizing our ski passes upon arrival, and the food quality was impressively high. The wellness area provided a lovely place to unwind post-skiing.
Our time was marred by noise from the nightclub downstairs, which disrupted our sleep—definitely not the tranquil escape we hoped for in a wellness hotel.

The pool leaves much to be desired. a few degrees warmer would enhance comfort. Steep and slippery steps around the pool raise safety concerns, especially with no handrails present, and a lack of grip tape increases the risk of falls. The afternoon tea lacks complimentary beverages—no water or coffee , which feels odd given other meal offerings. Nightclub noise disrupts sleep, not ideal for a wellness retreat. it's tough to relax when the bass thumping from below keeps you wide awake.

Request different pillow types for a better night's sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper as noise can be an issue.

This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
Delicious half-board meals exceeded expectations,, while the staff offered commendable hospitality that transformed our stay into a delightful experience.
Noise from the nightclub disturbed our sleep,, and limited laundry options added inconvenience during our stay.

the rooms maybe look clean, but the noise from the nightclub below was simply intolerable for a 'wellness' hotel, not relaxing at all, and who thought a pool should be this cold? i expected a warm welcome or maybe a special treat for enduring such discomfort, but apparently, no one cares about comfort here, absoluteley unacceptable!

A Perfect Winter Getaway
Delightful ambience, attentive staff, and exquisite culinary delights. The sauna post-skiing was a serene experience, providing much-needed relaxation. I highly recommend trying the four-course dinner—it exceeds expectations! For a peaceful night, opt for rooms on higher floors to enjoy restful sleep.

the josl hotel was amazing! loved how spacious our room was and the big balcony was super nice for chillin. the food was absolutely delish–like every meal was better than the last! huge shoutout to the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful, especially mark in the restaurant. and that spa area? wow, really great to relax after a day on the slopes!
the shower head in our bathroom didn't stay up properly which was kinda annoying. also, the boot racks in the ski room were difficult to open, could be better.
